Located in Al Khoud, the villa was designed to cater for the needs of a contemporary Omani family, with a concept of integrating indoors with outdoor, a small open light well with landscaping was introduced in the heart of the villa, allowing for natural light and nature to take place in the house. Main family spaces are positioned to view the beautifully landscaped garden and pool.

The villa façade incorporated contemporary architectural elements such as clear lines, mix of materials such as wood, stone and paint.
