Before the commencement of site works or during the site works, the Client requires that several packages be executed by multiple sub-contractors throughout the project execution period, should the appointed Contractor is unable to fulfill all building aspects. The Contract Administrator works to manage multiple contracts on behalf of the Client, and is responsible for administering the terms of a building contract between the Client and the Contractor. F&M Project Management Team is capable of managing multiple contracts in any one project, especially complex buildings that require various expertise for different areas. Services include preparation of contract documents and requests for proposals per Client standards or international standards such as FIDIC, managing the tendering process, and recommending the appropriate sub-contract for the works.
