We are thrilled to announce that on September 6, 2023, Dhofar Tourism Company (SAOG) inked a contract with F&M Middle East Engineering Consultancy, to utilise its expertise to re-design Mirbat Project Master Plan, which spans an area of approximately 2 million sqm. The area is to be further developed within the larger development as Phase 1 which shall encompass 2km of roads and associated infrastructure. F&M’s scope includes Project Management, Master plan design, Stakeholder Coordination, Marketing Analysis, Feasibility Study, Traffic Impact Assessment, Infrastructural design, Detailed Design of Phase 1 Infrastructure, Utilies and Landscape Design, and Procurement Support.
