  F&M Middle East was tasked to design the 2-bedroom apartments in the new expansion of Muscat Grand Mall.

• SUR PEIE OFFICES BLOCK

  The PEIE SUR Office Block Master Plan is conceived as a first phase of a larger Area Master Plan in Al Sharqiyah Governorate that includes Port, Commercial areas, Mixed use areas, Industrial areas, Residential areas, Public & entertainment facilities

• ARCADIA VALLEY MASTERPLAN

  The proposed (Arcadia Valley) Master Plan is set to become the new sought after destination in the region

• KNOWLEDGE OASIS MUSCAT MASTERPLAN

  The Knowledge Oasis Muscat is spread over an area of 1.012.695 hectares accommodating two universities, research centers of the most prestigious international companies in the technology sector, and residential space for about 50.000 people.

• Arabian Sea City

  The Site is located in the coastal district of Duqm City masterplan designated for eco-tourism, wellness & luxury. The Arabian sea masterplan intends to be in line with and embrace the general vision of the broader Duqm Masterplan

  Sabla Café is a contemporary interpretation of Omani Architectural style. The scope included concept design besides branding design.

• LOGISTIC AREA OF SOUTH AL BATINAH

  The Government of Oman, through the Supreme Council for Planning (SCP) and the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates PEIE have undertaken the development of a new logistics area in South Al Batinah region of the Sultanate

• Ras al hamra masterplan peer review

  Ras Al Hamra Development project is a 28 hectare sustainable city project developed for Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO)

• MOVENPICK – MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT

  The Client intends to develop a mixed used Development in the South Mawaleh Area. Using the context as inspiration, and going beyond the requested BUA, F&M was able to fulfill the full requirements of the Client.

• Shaden hospital

  The hospital is located in a new mixed-use development in Shaden Hail, in the complex there are also residences, a shopping center and offices. The hospital is located in the southeast corner of the new district.

• AL MARJAN MILLENIUM HOTEL RESORT

  Al Marjan Hotel Resort is envisioned to be a luxury 5-star hotel that provides genuine hospitality and royal and leisure orientated facilities in a luxurious and culturally- authentic modern setting.

• PROPOSED MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT AT DUQM AL WASTA REGION

  The project defines a part of Al Duqm city characterized by a high mix of functions, with an average density considerably lower than the one identified by the Master Plan and the characteristics of a highly sustainable urban environment.

• SURVEY OF OLD MUSCAT INT’L AIPORT

  Oman Aviation Group are in the process of investigating potential uses for the old Terminal Building and adjacent land, located on Sultan Qaboos Highway in Seeb, which closed when the New Terminal Building opened on the 20 March 2018.
