F&M Middle East, in line with the new changes made to the revised master plan was commissioned to design and develop the landscaping and infrastructure network of the building zone area.

The design worked on improving the existing spaces & landscaping elements and focused on creating pleasant public nodes and several shaded spots for seating areas, bus waiting and smoking areas to ensure a user-friendly experience.

In addition, the design connected KOM office buildings visually and physically.

The landscaping design introduced some native plants on specific areas, and the shading devices were designed and manufactured uniquely to add an aesthetical value to the area.
