The Client intends to develop a mixed used Development Project at Ras Al Hadd, Sultanate of Oman, on a plot of 2,159,567 sq.m, of which 20% is sea. The programmatic functions within the plot include the following: 3, 4, and 5 star hotels, different residential typology units and recreational activities including safari and camping. The master plan is also unique in its introduction of bungalows. The Master plan respects the context, especially the aspect of the protection of nesting sites. The design also considers the importance of the deep Omani historical heritage of the Ras Al Hadd area
