The inspiration for the concept of Taiba mixed-use masterplan was derived from the existing features that can be seen around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as the several monuments or heritage sites that can be seen around the country.

A striking resemblance that can be witnessed in most of the marvelous monuments of Saudi is the geometrical forms it follows, mostly rectangular or square, forming a beautiful coexistence between form and context.

The master plan consists of retail & F&B outlets, anchor shop, kiosks, amusement center & cinema.
