F&M firmly believes in ensuring safety in all of their building and master plan designs, and emphasis the importance of the involvement of local fire and life safety expertise during the infancy of the design as it safeguards the design throughout the entire creative process. We believe in partnering with local companies as they are more proficient in the local rules and regulations and are typically registered with Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA) for all approvals.
