Retail Design is our youngest division, drawing expertise and support from F&M’s Retail subsidiaries in UAE, Italy, France, Germany and USA. Our services launched with our extensive involvement under Tilal Management for the existing Muscat Grand Mall and its new expansion, in which we assisted them in successfully delivering over 135 units including RIVA, Amouage, DKNY and many others. We have also created all-inclusive concepts for F&B outlets, from concept layouts, to total café branding. Our services under this division include: Tenancy Coordination, Project Management, Retail Design, LOD Preparation, Site Supervision of Works, Tenant Delivery Coordination and Creation of Tenant Manuals and Unit Contractor Manuals (incl. improvements to existing manuals).
