F&M Middle East has been appointed as the lead Design and Site Supervision Consultant of "Oman Gate" a landmark Omani Culture & Touristic District development spearheaded by Bin Al Sheikh Holding.

The district is located in the province of Muscat in the state of A’Seeb and covers an area of around 98,000 sqm. The promising development will encompass hotels, hotel apartments, a cultural center, commercial buildings and outlets, restaurants, cafes, a vibrant marina and more.

It will be themed following the style of traditional Omani markets and winding lanes, and shall introduce various branded restaurants, cafes, and specialty shops.

F&M Middle East is currently carrying out site supervision works for Zone 2 of the development, which will contain commercial outlets and a 4 star hotel.
