  The Government of Oman, through the Supreme Council for Planning (SCP) and the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates PEIE have undertaken the development of a new logistics area in South Al Batinah region of the Sultanate

  Oman’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Oman Pavilion in Expo 2020. The Oman Pavilion in Expo 2020 titled ‘Generations of Opportunity’ is based on storytelling of Luban and its life cycle.

  The Oasis Project entails the design of a key building within a key Sohar Industrial Estate.

• Sales Pavilion & Residential Units At Naseem A’sabah Integrated Tourism Complex

  F&M Middle East was appointed to design a sub-phase of a larger masterplan dedicated to the residential component of this major development.

• MOVENPICK – MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT

  The Client intends to develop a mixed used Development in the South Mawaleh Area. Using the context as inspiration, and going beyond the requested BUA, F&M was able to fulfill the full requirements of the Client.

• Shaden hospital

  The hospital is located in a new mixed-use development in Shaden Hail, in the complex there are also residences, a shopping center and offices. The hospital is located in the southeast corner of the new district.

• MAJAN LOUNGE AT MUSCAT INT. AIRPORT

  Majan Lounge is a world-class business lounge with a total BUA of 1,700 sqm.

• JEBEL SIFAH ZONE C VILLAS

  F&M Middle East was appointed for the completion of 2packages for the Jebel Sifah Zone C Villas.

• Uaeu pavilion

  Starting in October 2020, for six months the UAEU Pavilion will host the "University of the future" event, sponsored by the University. The estimated audience should reach around 380,000 visitors.

• SURVEY OF OLD MUSCAT INT’L AIPORT

  Oman Aviation Group are in the process of investigating potential uses for the old Terminal Building and adjacent land, located on Sultan Qaboos Highway in Seeb, which closed when the New Terminal Building opened on the 20 March 2018.
